ESI Alphatec is a leading provider of bespoke and integrated civil and mechanical field services – specialising in industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Offshore Structures, Marine, Defence, Energy, Infrastructure and Cement.

With more than 34 years of experience in developing remediation solutions for damaged concrete structures, grouting, and insitu regrouting of heavy machinery, such as crushers, stamping presses, ball/sag mills, compressors, hyper-compressors, pumps, diesel engines and large steam turbines. Where required, we design and build PLC controlled lifting systems (hydraulic & electromechanical) to lift and/or support the equipment or structure during the repair process.

Since establishment we have been the authorised distributors for Chockfast Orange, Epocast 36, Devcon Celloflex-M and RotaChock mechanical chocking systems.

We design and manufacture bespoke foundation bolt systems up to a massive 115mm x 6m to maintain pre-load during operation significantly improving the reliability of vibrating or dynamically challenging machinery.

We have invested heavily in robotic remote controlled demolition machinery and hydro demolition equipment to improve protectivity and protect our teammates from the riggers and injuries of hand demolition.
