Hydraulic Jacks & Cylinders

Hydraulic jacks or hydraulic cylinders come in a range of collapsed heights and ram extension lengths. ESI Alphatec provide a premium range of hydraulic jacking systems. Our cylinder jacks operate at 700bar or 1500bar depending on model and service requirements and are used for direct-controlled lift applications with hydraulic hose and hydraulic hand, electrical and pneumatic pumps.

Hydraulic Tensioners

A hydraulic bolt tensioner is used for tightening multiple bolts/nuts simultaneously and achieving the same clamping force. Hydraulic powered bolting tool heads are connected in sequence with high-pressure hydraulic hose assemblies to a single hydraulic-powered source. Depending on application numerous heads can be used or only a few, in critical gasket seals for pressure pipes all studs are fitted with tensioner heads.

Hydraulic Torque Wrenches

Hydraulic torque wrenches are professional tools for industrial applications. These truly versatile tools utilize standard impact sockets, optional direct allen-key drives or interchangeable hexagon cassettes to provide controlled tightening of multiple sized fasteners per tool. Optional accessories further extend the application range of these products.
