ESI Alphatec design replacement bolts that allow for stretch within the bolt’s elastic limit that are suitably resilient to dynamic loads and amplitudes, and which accommodate creep of both concrete and associated grouting material supporting the equipment or machinery.

Spherical washers are used to prevent point loading of the nut that leads to short radius bending moments and where applicable loads plates to distribute the bolt load into the concrete without over stressing the concrete.

Our technicians use advanced techniques and calibrated equipment including bolt torquing, hydraulic bolt tensioning, and bolt elongation using ultrasonic measurement.
