Concrete Cutting, Drilling & Wire Sawing

The ESI Alphatec team use the latest machinery to cut concrete walls, slabs and foundations of a wide range of thicknesses.

We specialise in large, complex and deep diamond core drilling capable of 20mm to 2m in diameter and depths up to 6m to date.

We also own and operate both hydraulic and high frequency wire saws that allow us to plunge and pull cut large blocks of concrete to create openings in thick concrete walls. We have also developed hydraulic systems to extract these large and heavy concrete blocks, sometimes more than 16 tonnes in weight.

ESI Alphatec do not just limit ourselves to concrete cutting projects, we also perform cold cutting works on steel structures associated with industrial and offshore structures. Using our factory trained personnel we have access to manufacturers in Europe to assist us in the design of specialised tooling solutions for the most unique and challenging cold cutting projects.
